How to prepare Turkish yogurt and meat soup

 

ingredients:

Minced meat contains: 250 grams

Yogurt: 2 glasses

Barley: A glass

Water as needed

Baked peas: An empty glass

Flour: 2 tablespoons

Eggs: one salt and pepper: as needed

Lemon juice: 2 tablespoons

Onions: 2 large melted butter: 2 tablespoons

Dill and dried mint: one tablespoon each

Preparation method:

First, mix the minced meat with a grated onion, salt and pepper and make small meatballs and set aside.

In a suitable saucepan, cook the peas and heat the oatmeal with water.

After boiling for a few minutes, add the rest of the soup ingredients, and let it cook together and settle.

You have to beat the yogurt and eggs first and then add them to the ingredients.

Fry the stir-fries, and fry the mint and dill.

Keep some meatballs, dill and mint for garnish, and add the rest to the soup.

And after a few minutes, turn off the soup.

Pour it into a suitable dish, add cholera and garnish with fried mint and dumplings and serve.
