How to make mocha cake

ingredients:

Bar chocolate: 250 grams

Breakfast cream: 400 g

Nescafe powder: 3 tablespoons

Hot water: 3 teaspoons

Gelatin powder: 2 teaspoons

Cold water: 3 tablespoons

Preparation and cooking method:

The first step in preparing mocha cake:

First, break the 4 eggs that we took out of the refrigerator half an hour before and put them at room temperature, and separate the yolks and whites and put them on two separate sides.

The second stage of preparation:

Then we mix the egg whites with half of the sugar to increase its volume and the egg whites form and the stirrer traces remain on it.

Next, mix the remaining egg yolks and sugar and vanilla with a good electric mixer until it increases in volume and turns white and bubbles.

Third stage of preparation:

Then add 2 tablespoons of liquid oil and 2 tablespoons of milk to the yolk mixed with sugar in the previous step and mix them well.

The fourth stage of preparation:

Then, in this step, we add the egg whites mixed with sugar to the ingredients of the previous step, and we mix it in a circular motion with the mixture of yolk, sugar, oil and milk, and we do not stir much.

The fifth stage of preparation:

Then add 50 grams of grated chocolate to the cake ingredients and then mix 100 grams of flour, 1 teaspoon of baking powder and 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder in a bowl and sift them twice and add to the icing. So that the mixture of flour, cocoa powder and baking powder is completely mixed in the cake batter and does not become lumpy and smooth. Now our cake batter is ready.

Sixth preparation step:

Then remove the 23 cm round mold and cover it with greaseproof paper and pour the icing prepared in the previous step on the bottom of the mold and shake it to spread it evenly in the mold. Then put the mold in the oven. Preheat to 180 degrees Celsius and bake for 30 minutes to bake the cake. Then, when the cake is baked, take the mold out of the oven and after the cake has cooled, take it out of the mold and separate the greaseproof paper from the cake. And close the cake ring.

Seventh stage of preparation:

Then we prepare the ingredients on the cake. For this purpose, grate 250 grams of bar chocolate and pour it into a bowl with 400 grams of breakfast cream and put it on the heat of a kettle and melt it. Then, dissolve 3 tablespoons of Nescafe in 3 tablespoons of boiling water. Dissolve the gelatin powder in 3 tablespoons of cold water and dissolve it completely by Ben Marie method.

Eighth stage of preparation:

Then, when the chocolate and cream are evenly mixed, add the dissolved Nescafe and gelatin to them and stir to mix well. Then remove them from the heat and wait for them to cool a bit. Then cool them. Pour over the cake. Place the cake in the refrigerator for 4 hours to seal well on the cake and harden.
