Ingredients for preparing Bulgarian kebab

300 grams of veal

2 onions

5 to 6 green peppers

3 tablespoons olive oil

Preparation and cooking method:

Among all these varieties of kebabs, one of the most delicious kebabs is the Bulgarian kebab, which is actually obtained by rolling beef and slicing it, and looks a bit like a Caucasian kebab and even a snail chicken. This delicious kebab is very convenient and easy to prepare in a short time and is a good option for lunch and eating it with grilled rice and tomatoes or even with bread.

I am writing to you about how to prepare Bulgarian kebab, which includes beef, spices, bell peppers, onions, steamed saffron, and garlic powder, and I hope you prepare it at home and enjoy eating it for lunch or dinner.

first stage :

First, to start preparing this delicious kebab, we wash the beef and cut it into thin strips with a knife, approximately 10 cm long.

second stage:

Then, at this stage, we have to taste the meat. For this purpose, pour the sliced meat into a large bowl and peel 1 onion, chop it finely and pour it into the bowl, and add enough salt, pepper, turmeric and garlic powder to the meat. Then, chop 1 bell pepper and pour it into the bowl, and then add the steamed saffron to the bowl, and massage all the ingredients well with the meat so that the meat is completely tasty and delicious.

Then put cellophane on the meat bowl and put the meat in the refrigerator for 2 hours to make the meat taste good.

third level:

Then, at this stage, after 2 hours of rest, take the meat out of the refrigerator and remove a piece of sliced meat, and if it is thick, thin it with a meat grinder and then roll it by hand. Dip it into a kebab skewer and then place a slice of sliced bell pepper and sliced onion.

Then roll a piece of meat again and dip it in a kebab skewer and then put the sliced bell pepper and repeat this process to pull all the meat to the skewer and prepare it (a little distance from the beginning and end of the skewer. We put it and skewer the meat from a distance of 8 cm from the beginning and the end).

Step 4:

Then, in this step, we prepare the brazier and place the kebab skewer on the brazier and turn it constantly so that the kebabs do not burn and cook (if you wish, you can place the kebabs instead of the brazier, in the oven or in the oven. Bake the pan with a wooden skewer).

Step 5:

Then, at this stage, when the kebabs are cooked and ready, we take them off the brazier and pour them in a bowl and eat them with rice, vegetables, Shirazi salad, olives, fresh lemon, or for a meal. We have dinner with bread. Drink salt and pepper
