How to prepare Turkish oatmeal

Of course, this food is very compatible with the taste of us Iranians because it uses food that all of us Iranians like. In this food, we can use both meat and chicken, and if you do not want to, you can not use any of them and use green beans instead. In addition to opening our hands in cooking, this food is full of properties and vitamins. Because of the use of semolina, rice, tomatoes and also chicken inside. first stage:

First, to make this food, we go to our semolina. We clean and grind the cereals and soak them in a bowl and let them stay for a few hours. This way, the cereals are better for cooking and make a better glaze. Then, after soaking the cereals, we go to our fillets.

We take the extra fat of our chicken fillets and after washing, we add water to it. Then we put them on the kitchen board and cut them into cubes (do not chop them too big or too small in the middle). After we chop the chickens, we put them aside to use them.

Next, peel and wash our onions first, then chop them finely and add them. After peeling the onion, after peeling and washing, chop it and put it next to the onions to use in food.
second stage:

Now at this stage, we take our tomatoes and eat them nicely and cleanly. Here you can both peel the tomatoes and chop them with the skin. Then, after washing them, we cut them into cubes on the kitchen board and let them stay. After the tomatoes, we salt and chop the red peppers and put them aside.

The point I have to make is that this dish should be spicy in principle, so if you can not eat spicy food, use tomato paste instead of pepper paste. Also, do not add red pepper.

Now we take a pan and pour oil inside it and heat it until the oil inside is hot. When our oil is hot, we pour the chopped onions into it and start frying. When the onions are a little soft, add the turmeric along with the chopped garlic and fry again.

After the onion and garlic changed color, I put the chopped chicken fillets in the pan and fried them well until the fillets are nicely fried on both sides. After our chicken fillet is fried, we add pepper paste to it so that it is well fried and the paste is taken raw and the food becomes more colorful.

After frying the paste, add the red peppers and fry well until the spicy pepper is eaten. Finally, we add the tomatoes to the mixture in the pan and fry them together. Finally, I add the pepper and salt and mix well so that the seasonings are eaten by our mixture. Then, after frying the tomatoes, we add the chicken extract to the pan to eat two pieces.

Then we take a pot and heat it, then we pour the semolina that we drained into it, and then I add the mixture in the pan to it, and we mix them well together, and finally we add 5 cups of water to it. Stir and stir and turn up the heat until the water inside dries. When the water is drawn into the pot, reduce the heat and put the kettle on the pot and let it stand for 40 minutes until the barrel is brewed. Now our food is prepared and put in a dish and decorated with a little chicken fillet and served.
