Heat the oil and pour the garlic into it, put the fish in the pan and sprinkle salt and pepper on it.
Fry each side of the fish in oil for 2 minutes, add the mushrooms, cobra and vinegar, put in the pan and let.
Cook over low heat, usually 6 to 7 minutes is enough, remove from the heat, add lemon juice and cook for another 1 minute. Food is ready.
