First, we go to our chicken to prepare this food. I use chicken breast to make this dish because it is both quick-cooked and less fat, so first we clean the chicken breasts to get if there is excess fat, then we salt them and weep for them, when the chicken juices are gone. We cut them into cubes or any model you like and put them aside to use.

Next, we go to the mushrooms and wash them well so that there are no black spots or dirt on them, then after washing, we soak them in water. After the juice is gone, we divide them into two parts and set them aside. Remember, do not chop the mushrooms too much, because they will melt in the food and they will no longer taste or be seen.

Then we take a pan and pour oil in it and heat it until our oil is hot. When our oil is hot, we put the chopped chicken in the pan and start frying them so that The two sides of the chicken are completely fried, then we take it out of the pan and put it aside to use it in food.
The second stage of preparing Greek pilaf:

Now, at this stage, we go to the peas, first we clean them, then we wash them and put them aside, then we take a pot and pour the peas with a little water into the pot and heat it. To cook our peas, then when the peas are cooked, we drain them and let them stay, then we put the cooked corn in a bowl and let it be ready to use.

Then we go to the bell peppers, wash them, and after the juice is gone, we grind them into a slightly larger gem and bake them aside to use them in food.

Then we take a pan and pour oil in it and heat it until our oil is hot. When our oil is hot, we put the chopped mushrooms in the pan and start frying it, to If the mushrooms are not watery, you can add a little lemon juice to it, then after the mushrooms are a little light and were frying, we add the cooked peas to it and fry them together.
