Olive oil: 3 tablespoons
Chopped onion: 1 small
Chopped garlic: 2 cloves
Chopped mushrooms: 400 g
Chopped spinach: 250 grams
Balsamic vinegar: 2 tablespoons
Fresh lemon juice 2 tbsp
Salt and black pepper as desired
Some chopped parsley for garnish
