Flour: 4 scoops
Milk: 1 cup

Chicken fillet: Small breasts
Onion: ١ number
Garlic: 1 clove
Mushrooms: 1 gram

For the napkin:
Egg yolk: 1 pc

Cooking steps
1. First, mix the dough, sugar and lukewarm milk to make the dough.
2. Sprinkle the dough on the top ingredients and cover it and let it rest for ten minutes until it works.
3. In a bowl, melt the butter and mix the liquid oil and eggs.
4. Add salt to the ingredients, then add the dough.
5. At this stage, add the flour little by little and knead to make a dough.
6. Add yoghurt as soon as it becomes doughy.
7. We continue to knead the dough and add flour until it sticks to our hands.
8. Beat the dough in the same bowl several times.
9. Then cover it with a wet towel and put it in a warm place.
10. Allow to rest for an hour or two and become bulky.
11. Ingredients inside the donut:
12. First we eat the onion and fry it in oil.
13. When it is light, add the finely chopped garlic (you can use garlic powder or remove it altogether).
14. Fry the onion and garlic a little and add the chicken fillets that we ate almost finely and stir regularly until they are fried.
15. Add salt and spices.
16. When the color of the ingredients changes, add the mushrooms that we ate finely, along with the bell peppers that we ate, and fry them well.
17. We make the prepared dough from a larger piece of tangerine and put it on the surface (table or a tray) that has been sprinkled with flour and cover it and let it rest for a quarter of an hour.

19. Then, smooth each one on the floured surface with a rolling pin and put one or two spoons of meat ingredients and put some pizza cheese on it and wrap it.

22. For the napkins, stir the egg yolks a little.
23. Then we add two or three spoons of milk to it (I added a spoonful of cream instead of milk).
24. We wipe the donuts with a special cooking brush and if you like, you can stir a little sesame.
25. Preheat the oven and set it at 2 degrees.
26. Put in the oven for about half an hour or until the donuts are golden on top and bottom.
