Vietnamese Noodle Soup


How to make Vietnamese noodle soup:

Meat: 900 grams of beef

Large onion: 1/2

Garlic: 2 heads

Large carrots: 1 piece

Onions: 2 pieces

Asparagus: 500 g

Mushrooms: 800 g

Noodles: 500 grams

Salt and pepper: as needed

Preparation time: 40 minutes

Fill the pot with water and put the meat, onion, garlic and carrot (without peeling) in the water. Put the pot on the flame and let it boil for about 90 minutes.

Then remove the pot from the heat; Cut the beef into small pieces in a separate bowl; Pass the soup water through a cloth strainer.

Pour the filtered water back into the pot. Eat onions and asparagus and add to soup water along with meat.

Eat the mushrooms and fry them in a frying pan greased with oil until both sides of the mushrooms are golden.

Add the mushrooms to the soup. When the soup boils, add the noodles and after 1 minute, remove the soup from the heat.

This soup should be served hot.
